The mission of ECF is to provide the highest quality services for children and adults who are challenged with developmental, learning and emotional barriers-empowering them to react their greatest potential. The Exceptional Children's Foundation (ECF) was created in 1946 by a group of concerned parents who pooled their resources to create a daycare program for children with developmental disabilities.

Queen's Best Stumpy Dog Rescue is corgi breed specific non-profit organization that specializes in special needs corgis from California's high kill shelters. We put great emphasis on rehabilitatin our dog medically, managing their behaviors through relationship-based training, and getting to know their needs and quirks in order to find them the right home.

Mychal's Learning Place provides the support, training and opportunities to youth and young adults with developmental disabilities to build their independence and pursue their goals and dreams.

GSROC is a volunteer-driven organization. We are funded entirely by private donations and receive no government support. Dogs for adoption are housed in foster homes and in private boarding facilities until they find their forever homes. In 2020, we rescued and rehomed 397 dogs, despite the pandemic.
