Returns and Cancellations

Centinela Feed Return Policy:

100% customer satisfaction guarantee on all regularly stocked merchandise purchased from us, either from the online store or in-store, for 60 days, with valid receipt. If you or your pet are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return or exchange the item at any of our locations.

Online purchases can be returned at one of our Centinela Feed locations

Return Exclusions:

*Some exclusions apply & the following items may not be returned or exchanged:

For Customers with an account:

If your order has not shipped yet (if you have not received a confirmation e-mail), you can cancel it from your account. Go to Orders, click on the order you want to cancel, and click the "Cancel Item(s)" button. You will be taken to an cancelation form. Please fill out: 1) Order Number, 2) Reason for cancellation and 3) If it is for the full order, or for Single item(s).For Delivery orders only - If we have already shipped your order, we will not be able to cancel it. We also accept returns within 60 days of purchase. See returns section for more details.

For Customers WITHOUT an account (Guest):

If your order has not shipped yet (if you have not received a confirmation e-mail), we can assist you with cancelling your order. Please click on "Order Cancellation Request" and send an e-mail with the Subject Line “Cancellation – Order # (your order # from your confirmation email). Please fill out: 1) Order Number, 2) Reason for cancellation and 3) If it is for the full order, or for Single item(s).For Delivery orders only - If we have already shipped your order, we will not be able to cancel it. We also accept returns within 60 days of purchase. See returns section for more details.

How Do I Reset My Password?

To reset your password, please click here. Or you can simply go to our account sign-in page and click on "forgot password" to our password reset page. Enter your email, and you will receive an email instruction on how to reset your password. (Check your spam if you do not receive it in 5 minutes)

New Account

To create a new account, please click here or click on register in the above header to be taken to our account registration page. From there, fill out your information to create an account with our website. With an account, you can check order status, add products to wishlist, re-order previous orders, and many more.

Account Management

Updating your account information can be done after logging in. Once logged in, look for "Account Settings". You will be able to update your account information.
